Guests are asked to check with the Pro Shop Cashier and Starter at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time. Failure to do so may result in your group losing its tee time. All play must begin on the #1 tee unless authorized by a staff member.
The Weibring Golf Club is a non-metal spike facility. Traditional golf attire is required for use of all facilities including the chipping and putting greens. Tank tops, halter-tops, and crop tops are not permitted.
Guests must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license to rent or operate a motorized golf cart. Only two riders and two sets of clubs are permitted per cart. Carts must remain 30' from tees and greens, in the rough or on cart paths where available, and out of all wet areas. Carts may cross fairways at 90 degrees. Players are responsible for any damage to the cart or golf course above normal wear and tear. The use of privately owned golf carts is prohibited with the exception of those owners that had carts registered at the Weibring Golf Club prior to the 1999 golf season.
Guests are expected to play 18 holes in 4-1/2 hours or less. It is the responsibility of each group to keep pace with the group ahead. The golf course Ranger has the authority to keep play moving at the proper pace and may ask a group to step aside if pace of play is disrupted. Players stopping for more than eight minutes at the turn may forfeit their position and must have permission from the Starter to resume play.
Each guest must have a set of clubs. The Pro Shop has rental clubs available. Sharing of sets is prohibited.
All food and beverages must be purchased directly through the Weibring Golf Club snack bar. All Event Catering must be scheduled through the Weibring Golf Club official caterers.
Alcoholic Beverages are not permitted on the property of the Weibring Golf Club. Possession of such beverages will be reason for denying any further use of the course. Illinois State University students violating this rule will be subject to disciplinary action.
The Pro Shop offers brand name, quality merchandise to choose from. Staff members are always available to help with your questions and selections. Personalized gift certificates in any denomination are also available.
Original, dated receipts must be presented to receive a rain check for any un-played holes. Greens fees and cart fees have been broken down per hole. If you are unable to complete your round due to inclement weather a rain check issued in the amount of the value of the un-played holes. Cash refunds will not be offered. Lost rain checks will not be reissued. |
